Former President Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally with Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) on Saturday, the first joint event for the pair since Vance was tapped as the party’s vice presidential nominee.
The rally will take place in the battleground state of Michigan at 5 p.m. on Saturday, according to the Trump-Vance campaign.
The event will come after the 2024 ticket is solidified on Thursday at the Republican National Convention when Trump will officially accept the party’s nomination for president. Vance was announced as Trump’s running mate on Monday at the convention.
